Holiday yoga

  • try to make some exercises at least twice a day; yoga is a great way out and your best holiday fitness friend! It will help you not only stay fit but conquer emotional eating; 30 minutes of yoga will be OK. But every day yoga; think of some after-eating exercises.

    And always remember – there is nothing special about overeating )
